Kay is responsible for HR service delivery across our complete portfolio of clients – carefully ensuring compliance with an increasingly complex legal environment, and providing a solutions based approach to people management.
In addition to providing an effective day-to-day HR service, Kay works closely with our clients’ senior teams and executives to support strategic HR planning and help them achieve success through their people.
Background
Kay is a qualified HR professional with an MA in Employment Relations and Law from Kingston Business School. Before joining Isosceles, Kay was Head of HR for the UK’s leading specialist warranty provider and, previously, for a global communications company. Kay has considerable strategic and generalist operational experience across the HR spectrum, with a particular strength in employee relations, engagement and reward.

Kay grew up on a turkey farm in rural Derbyshire and graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance, before making the switch to HR management.
