Interim CFO.
An Interim CFO is very similar to a Fractional CFO, but there are a few subtle differences. A Fractional CFO works with businesses on a long-term fractional basis, whereas an Interim CFO is temporarily engaged for a specific time to replace a departing CFO, cover a leave of absence, or deal with a particular situation.
