Your application journey?

We’ve broken down our application process into 6 steps, so that you know exactly what to do and expect at each stage. During your application journey, if you have any questions or require any adjustments to be made at any stage, please do contact us.

We will begin our 2023 recruitment programme in mid-summer.

APPLY

Once you click ‘apply now’, you’ll be redirected to complete your application. You’ll need to submit your CV and a cover letter detailing why you’re interested in Isosceles and the role you’re applying for.

ONLINE TESTS

If you’re shortlisted, you’ll be asked to complete some online tests. These tests should take you no longer than 1 hour to complete.

VIRTUAL INTERVIEW

If you’ve passed the online tests, you’ll then be invited to an interview with a senior member of the business area you’ve applied to join.

ASSESSMENT DAY

Our Assessment days are run virtually. You’ll receive information from us about what you can expect on the day. This will be your chance to meet some of the people you may end up working with. We’ll also be able to find out more about you and you about us.

FINAL INTERVIEW

If you’re successful at the Assessment day, you’ll be asked to complete a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA). Once you’ve completed a PPA, you’ll be interviewed by our CEO and the COO or Head of HR.

OFFER

Whether you’ve been successful or not, we will be in touch to provide feedback or to let you know if you’ve been successful in securing a place.
